Welcome to the web pages of The North Ayrshire Fiddle Workshop.
We meet in the Argyll Community Centre, Donaldson Avenue, Saltcoats. KA21 5AG, on Thursday evenings. Google ‘KA21 5AG’ to see it on a map.
During school term, we hold 2 classes. If you would like to play traditional Scottish fiddle music, please come along. A limited number of loan fiddles is available; no previous knowledge of music is required.
*Unfortunately, we have had to stop our adult beginner's class as attendances have fallen off. There were not enough folks turning up for it to continue - some nights no-one was attending; so this class is on ice. If enough folks indicate that they would like to learn from scratch (we're thinking 3 or 4) then we could possibly restart this class but, at the moment, we can't afford to run it when there seems to be no demand.
Spring Season
The Spring session started on Thursday 17th January at the Argyll Community Centre, 18:30, adults £7 per week, children £6.
